Việc công khai dữ liệu sinh viên như bảng điểm, danh sách tham gia hoạt động tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học
tiềm ẩn nhiều nguy cơ rò rỉ thông tin cá nhân. Bài báo đề xuất giải pháp xây dựng hệ thống tra cứu thông tin
sinh viên an toàn và cá nhân hóa, được phát triển trên nền tảng Google Workspace với bộ công cụ của Google Apps Script,
Google Sheets và Google Sites. Hệ thống cho phép sinh viên tự tra cứu kết quả cá nhân về điểm rèn luyện, giải thưởng
và in minh chứng thông qua cơ chế xác thực mật khẩu dùng một lần (OTP) gửi qua email đã đăng ký. Giải pháp có chi phí
triển khai thấp, dễ vận hành, đáp ứng tốt yêu cầu về bảo mật, phân quyền truy cập và hỗ trợ các cơ sở giáo dục
trong tiến trình chuyển đổi số.

Abstract
The disclosure of student data such as academic transcripts and participation records at higher education institutions
presents significant risks to personal information security. This paper proposes a solution for developing a secure and
personalized system for student information retrieval, built on the Google Workspace platform using Google Apps Script,
Google Sheets, and Google Sites. The system allows students to access their individual records, including conduct scores
and awards, and to print supporting documents through a one-time password authentication mechanism sent to their registered
email address. The solution is low cost, easy to operate, and effectively meets the requirements for data security,
access control, and digital transformation in educational institutions.
