On the morning of November 8, 2025, the University of Finance – Marketing (UFM) held a ceremony
to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Truth National Political Publishing House —
the leading publishing unit under the Central Propaganda Department — and VIVI Education Solutions
Development Joint Stock Company. The event was attended by leaders of both units, representatives
from departments, faculties, centers, lecturers, and students interested in research, publishing,
and academic communication.
The ceremony welcomed the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of
Communist Review and Chairman of the Vietnam Publishing Association; Dr. Vo Van Be, Standing Committee
Member, Chairman of the Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, Deputy Director – Deputy Editor-in-Chief
of the Truth National Political Publishing House; Dr. Nguyen Thi Quynh Nga, Director of the Publishing
House’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch; and Ms. Le Thi Phuong Thao, Director of VIVI Education Solutions
Development Joint Stock Company.
From UFM, the ceremony was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Tien Dat, Secretary of the Party Committee
and Rector of the University, along with leaders of all affiliated units and a large number of UFM students.
Under the cooperation agreement, the three parties will collaborate closely in publishing, distribution,
training, scientific research, and communication of political–economic–social knowledge. The goal is to
promote the spread of academic values and contribute to enhancing the quality of teaching, learning, and
research at UFM. At the same time, this cooperation opens opportunities for UFM lecturers and students to
access reputable and authoritative materials, strengthening their capacity for academic research and publishing.

In their remarks, leaders from both units affirmed that this event marks a new milestone in the cooperation
between a higher education institution and a national publishing house, contributing to the advancement of
education, research, knowledge transfer, and political orientation for the younger generation in the new era.
The signing ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, demonstrating UFM’s commitment to sustainable and
comprehensive cooperation as it strives to build a standardized, creative, and internationally integrated
academic environment.
